The location must be complimented. Bodrum is the number 1 destination for tourism in Turkey, attracting 5 million visitors each year. This creates a very good rental yield if that is what you intend to do. There are indoor and outdoor communal swimming pools, fitness centre with sauna, coffee house and bars and also a kids club.

A 20 - 30 minute drive will get you to the nearest PGA approved golf course, yet just 5 minutes to the amazing golden beaches of the mediterranean, as well as views to the Aegean sea. Just 40 minutes from Bodrum airport, 20 minutes from Bodrum town center, 5 minutes to Gumusluk (pronounced Goo - moosh - look).
